To professionals
An important component of CERAS teaching load consists of two professional programs, in
collaboration with Ponts-Formation-Editions. The program Competition in network industries
and public services (1 course) is targeted towards senior officers of the Ministry of
Civil Engineering and Transportation, while the program Economic foundations of public
decision (6 courses) is targeted towards officers and civil servants involved in economic
services in the Minsitry or in local communities. CERAS has been in charge of the
conception, design, coordination and most of the teaching in these programs.
