Engineering degree, ECONOMICS, MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE programme

The Economics, Finance and Social Sciences curriculum prepares people for careers that do not fall directly within the technical sphere, but where engineers can make full use of their scientific competency.

The programmes available are designed to prepare engineers to draw on their technical skills in their interactions with colleagues from very different disciplines.Through this approach, École des Ponts ParisTech is working for the ambitious goal of giving its students a dual foundation, both technical and managerial.

Finance, economics and management

After qualifying, students tend to move sooner or later into the banking, consultancy and finance professionals, but also into a decision support role in public or private organisations, into economic or statistical research departments and into project financing.
