Paris-Jourdan Economics Mixed Research Unit

PJSE (Paris Jourdan Economics Mixed Research Unit) is a unit that pursues research and education at Masters degree and PhD level, covering all areas of quantitative, theoretical and applied economics.

An Advanced Thematic Research Network

The unit is an integral part of the Paris School of Economics. This advanced thematic research network also includes a group from Paris I University, based around the ETE Masters programme and, on the same Jourdan campus, sociologists from the Maurice Halbwachs Centre, together with the Applied Economics Laboratory, an INRA unit with which the UMR merged on 1 January 2010. The Advanced Research Network brings the unit additional resources to pursue its objective of raising the group’s international profile and attractiveness.  Research within the PJSE unit is structured into research domains:

  • Theoretical Economics
