Public Policy (MAP)
      Goal
The MAP is a high-level training programme in the conduct and assessment of public
action.
      Target
Opened to all civil servants, it is divided between one semester of courses
in economic and social sciences, interspersed with weeks that open onto society
and its issues (globalisation, European integration, decentralisation, reform
of the State, sustainable development); and a period alternating between a mission
in a State agency, within a regional or local government or any agency charged
with public service, and seminars on methodology or practice.
     
Professional career openings
Students will find professional openings in positions as designers, regulators
or operators, at the local level or at the international level, in the fields of
transportation, urban engineering, territorial planning and development,
the environment or economic assessment.
