• in 1st year, students do a 5-week professional immersion internship. At the end of the 1st year a 3-month scientific research internship gives students a first research experience.
• between the 2nd and the 3rd year, most of students do a 1-year internship in a professional environment. 1/3 of them opt for an internship abroad (or a 2-month internship).

The “final project” is mandatory for the master of engineering. It is negotiated with the Head of department and corresponds to the student’s professional project. The final project lasts one semester and it allows students to synthesize the different aspects of their knowledge and put them into practise.
