Research laboratories

Research laboratories of École des Ponts are joint units with other research institutes (CNRS, INRIA, LCPC) or engineering schools and universities (Ecole polytechnique, Mines Paris, AgroParisTech, University Paris Val-de-Marne, University of Marne-la-Vallée …) as well as with industrial or services companies (EDF R&D).

Research activities are developped under two different labels :

-Université Paris-Est :

  • CEREA (atmospheric environment), joint École des Ponts-EDF R&D centre.

  • CEREVE (water, urban and environment studies), joint Ecole des ponts-AgroparisTech-Paris XII centre

  • CERMICS (mathematics and scientific computing), joint École des Ponts-INRIA centre

  • CERTIS (information technologies and systems)

  • CIRED (international environment and development), joint École des Ponts-EHESS- AgroParisTech-CNRS centre.

  • LATTS (techniques, regional planning and society), joint École des Ponts-Paris XII-UMLV centre, associated unit with the CNRS.

  • LVMT (city, mobility, transport), joint École des Ponts-INRETS-UPEMLV centre.

  • UR Navier (mechanics, materials and structures of civil engineering, geotechnic), joint LCPC center associated unit with the CNRS.
  • Saint venant laboratory

- Paris-Jourdan School of Economic :

  • PSE (economic sciences), joint École des Ponts-EHESS-ENS centre, associated unit with the CNRS.
